Processing and Shipping
Currently, shipping is only available to addresses in Australia and New Zealand (new!).
Please allow 3 – 5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. The shipping time is on top of this processing time.
Orders will be sent by Australia Post. Once items are with Australia Post, delivery times are dependent on this service. I do not accept responsibility for any lost packages. If your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact Australia Post directly on 137 678. Returns and exchanges
For health reasons, I cannot accept exchanges or returns for change of mind.
If the item you received is faulty, please email summerprairiedesigns@gmail.com. If the issue cannot be resolved or replacement provided, you may be offered a refund within 30 days of your date of purchase.
